finally its my day off. n left wif only tmr then back to work on mon. sigh.

wen last thurs land training. was tiring for me. so reached a bit later dued to heavy traffic jam. quickly changed n do short warm-ups, wen for sprinting. head to e gym do weight training n stuff. ended ard 9 plus pm. do a quick warm-down, rushed backed hm. yes working on midnight shift.

work at ok. was slacked. we ended early, eat early breakfast then to control room watched movie, the love guru. haha. now becoming like a movie freak. finished n i took a short nap.

at 8am, changed n wait for bus at 8.30am. nowadays, dunno why e uncle will come to pick us up later at 8.45am instead. was sickening man. should know we were so damn tired, he can took his own sweet time. well.

home n sweet dream. woke up wif my whole body aching.

alright, was told e penang race clashes wif my marathon date. so dunno how abt it.

yay. sea training tmr! how i miss man. =)

afternoon shift next mon. so guys, i will not be able to make it for trainings. will be back on wkends.
